Initial Call
The first thing we do is listen to your needs; date, time, location, numbers, presenter type and requirements. We then want to hear all your ideas and aspirations for your event. At the end of the call we will agree with you how best to move forward.
Quotation
We will produce a written outline of our understanding of your project’s requirements. Laid out clearly with the minimum of jargon it may, on small projects, only be a paragraph or two. For more complex jobs, we will present options and visualisations as appropriate to illustrate our proposals.
Confirmation
Once our quotation has been accepted and agreed by you, the date(s) will be held and we will put together a team for your event. We will inform you of your project manager’s name for the duration of the job and, at this stage would look to make a site visit with you.
Site Visit
We like site visits. They enable us to understand your exact requirements at the venue – how the whole event is going to look and feel and also gives us an opportunity to sit down with other stakeholders to understand their views, concerns and expectations. After the site visit we will produce detailed drawings of how your event will look and, taking into account any on-site discussions make any necessary revisions to the budget or specification to meet your needs in full consultation with you.
