Pre-event
Keeping you informed every step of the way leading up to the event, we will produce a detailed schedule showing exactly what is happening when, if you need us to be aware of other contractors on-site we will build this in as well. This will be sent to you prior to the event, for you to check. Once agreed we will communicate the schedule to the team and ensure that everything is absolutely in the right place at the right time.
Event
Appearing as an extension of your team, during the event we will work seamlessly alongside you and your people, leaving you free to mingle with your guests and enjoy your event. We ensure our on-site team is fully briefed and aware of who’s who on the day, enabling them to respond to any request you may make during the event. Our team will not accept or give out any business cards during your event or contact your client directly afterwards.
Post-Event
Its part of our job to ensure we’ve done the best we can and always like to meet up post-event with you for a de-brief. We also carry out an internal de-brief to ensure that anything learnt is passed on to our full team. By going through this process we ensure that we improve after each event and are able to develop our services, understand and address new challenges.
